Q: What file type do you want? A: We prefer a PDF, SVG or EPS file. (See the file setup guide here)
Q: Can we provide a file that needs some tweaking? If you need us to do any sort of editing to your file or additional design work, you will be billed accordingly. Emprints is for file ready prints only! Looking for us to do the design work? Shop our semi-custom event signage here!
Q: Can I upload a picture? Yes! Our printer can do full color! The file you upload doesn’t only have to be a sign you created in Canva.
Q: Why did you create Emprints? I noticed that some clients wanted cohesive, professional signage for their events—but also wanted the flexibility (and cost savings) of designing it themselves. I realized I wasn’t fully using my printer’s potential, but I also knew I couldn’t take on every design project. This felt like the perfect solution. Now I get to meet my clients exactly where they are—and help bring their ideas to life!
